About The Role

We are looking for the Country Manager to lead and grow Emma's business in the Austrian market. You will be responsible for the full Austria P&L, marketing and sales, driving profitable growth for a brand that has already reached 12 million+ sleepers in 35+ countries.

You'll report to the Head of E-commerce DACH and work closely with teams across Emma, ranging from Global Marketing and Category Management to Operations and our other Ecommerce country teams.
