About the Role:
Looking to gain valuable secondary school experience or seeking a flexible role in education? A vibrant secondary school in Witham, supported by a leading Multi-Academy Trust, is looking for a confident Cover Supervisor. You will lead pre-planned lessons across various subjects, maintain positive classroom behaviour, and support student learning. Situated near Witham train station and the A12, the school is easily accessible from Chelmsford and Colchester.
What You Need:
Experience managing groups of young people (coaching, youth work, or classroom experience).
Strong communication skills and confident behaviour management.
Degree preferred, but relevant experience is essential.
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
