TeacherActive is proud to be working with a mainstream Secondary School in Leeds who are looking to appoint a Cover Supervisor. The school provides a supportive learning environment where students are encouraged to remain engaged, focused and confident in their education.
The school is looking for a confident Cover Supervisor to provide day-to-day cover with an Immediate Start. The successful Cover Supervisor will work across Key Stage 3 / KS3 and Key Stage 4 / KS4, covering a variety of subjects, following pre-prepared lesson plans and maintaining high standards of behaviour in the classroom.
The successful Cover Supervisor will have:
• A relevant qualification or degree is desirable
• Experience covering different subjects across Key Stage 3 / KS3 and Key Stage 4 / KS4
• Experience working with secondary-aged students
• Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills
• Strong communication skills
• A confident, flexible and adaptable approach
