Job Title: SAP CPI + SuccessFactors Integration + IAS & IPS Consultant

Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop integrations using SAP CPI for SAP and non-SAP systems
• Implement and manage SuccessFactors integrations (EC, RCM, ONB, LMS, etc.)
• Configure and maintain IAS (Identity Authentication Service) and IPS (Identity Provisioning Service)
• Handle user provisioning, SSO setup, and identity lifecycle management
• Develop and maintain iFlows, APIs, and web services (SOAP/REST)
• Monitor integration flows and troubleshoot issues for performance optimization
• Work closely with functional and technical teams to gather integration requirements
• Ensure security compliance and data protection in all integration processes
• Provide support during testing, deployment, and post-go-live phases

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong hands-on experience in SAP CPI (Integration Suite)
• Experience in SuccessFactors integrations with SAP S/4HANA or third-party systems
• Good knowledge of IAS & IPS configuration and administration
• Experience with SSO, OAuth, SAML, and identity federation
• Proficiency in Groovy scripting, XML, JSON, XSLT
• Understanding of SAP APIs, OData services, and middleware concepts
• Exposure to integration monitoring and error handling mechanisms

Preferred Qualifications:

• SAP Certification in SAP CPI / Integration Suite / SuccessFactors
• Experience in end-to-end implementation projects
• Knowledge of SAP BTP services
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
