What you'll do
- Drive, maneuver, or control the heavy machinery used to construct roads and other structures
- Operates traveling or stationary overhead crane to lift, move, and position loads, such as machinery, equipment, products, and solid or bulk materials.
- Observes load hookup and determines safety of load.
- Cleans and maintains crane and hoisting mechanism.
- Inspects crane for defective parts and notifies supervisor of defects or malfunctions
- Cleans and maintains equipment, making basic repairs as necessary.
- Moves levers, pushes pedals, or turn valves to control equipment. Drives and maneuver equipment.
- Coordinates machine actions with crew members using hand or audio signals.
- Maintains knowledge of Company’s values and strategic plan.
- Performs additional assignments per management’s direction.
What they're looking for
- NCCCO certification required.
Nice to have
- Both RT & Crawler preferred
- Rigging, Assemble, and Disemble cranes preferred
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Experience with construction equipment preferred.

What you will be doing
