The Creative & Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing and executing creative marketing solutions that support business objectives across traditional and digital channels. This role serves as an in-house creative resource for the Sitework Systems business, producing a wide range of marketing assets including product literature, digital advertising, website content, email communications, sales support materials, and event materials.

This position combines graphic design expertise with hands-on management of digital content platforms, including website and email marketing systems. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable creating compelling visual content and publishing that content across digital channels.

What Will You Do?

In order to grow and build a successful career with The Toro Company, you will be responsible for:  

  • Apply graphic design principles to create solutions across print and digital channels, including literature, digital advertising, website content, email communications, and sales support materials.

What Do You Need?

To be considered for this role, an individual should meet the following minimal requirements:  

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Marketing, or related field.

  • 2-4+ years of related professional experience.

  • Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).

  • Experience designing both print and digital marketing materials.

  • Competitive Salary – The pay range takes into account skills, experience, education, and location. It is not common to be hired at or near the top of the range; compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the annual pay range is between ​$68,000​ -��​$85,000​. Cash compensation is one piece of our competitive total rewards package. You may be eligible to participate in an incentive program, which rewards employees based on individual and organizational performance. Eligibility and award amounts are determined by company policy and performance metrics. If you need to, you can access your pay early with the dailypay app.
