Creative Marketing Lead

We are looking for a Creative Marketing Lead to become the very first creative lead on our web-based social networking product and build the function from the ground up: processes, testing methodology, and a team of your own. This isn't about crafting a 3-second Gen-Z hook for TikTok,it's about earning emotional trust with a mature audience on Tier-1 markets with an exceptionally long customer lifetime, a fundamentally different creative challenge than most of the market faces. Our web2web, credit-based monetization model runs on different funnels, different logic, and different insights than the mobile-subscription products most competitors build, and your work will plug directly into a UA team already managing $300K+ per month with a clear path to $1M+, so every hypothesis gets tested against real volume, fast. You'll make decisions without red tape, own the creative direction end-to-end, and build a team of 6 creative marketers and designers over the next 3–6 months in a place where 70% of our heads and leads have grown from within
