ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Creative Leadership

    - Lead development and execution of creative concepts across retail marketing campaigns that will engage clients and support business objectives.

  • Retail & Consumer Marketing

    - Design in-store signage, POS materials, direct mail, and promotional campaigns both internally and externally.

    - Develop performance focused assets for web, email, social media, paid media, and display advertising.

    - Support clinic openings, events, seasonal programs, and client acquisition initiatives.

  • Brand Stewardship

    - Manage design systems, templates, and creative toolkits.

    - Review deliverables for quality and brand alignment.

    - Identify opportunities to strengthen visual identity.

    - Oversee the creative approval and tracking process.

  • Collaboration

    - Partner with marketing teams and stakeholders to align creative priorities with business goals, marketing plans, and growth initiatives.

    - Manage vendors, photographers, agencies, and print partners.

    - Present concepts and recommendations for leadership.

  • Mentorship & Process Improvement

    - Guide junior designers and freelancers.

    - Improve creative workflows and asset management processes.

REQUIREMENTS:
