  • Manage day-to-day production planning and execution across JAMS projects, PODs, creative teams, technical teams, and external partners.

Role Summary
The Production Manager – JAMS will be responsible for managing the planning, tracking, coordination, and delivery discipline of AI-native content productions within the JioStar AI Media Studio (JAMS). This role sits at the intersection of creative production, VFX/animation/post-production management, workflow systems, vendor coordination, and AI-led production execution.
The ideal candidate brings strong experience managing complex creative production environments across VFX, animation, post-production, digital content, or emerging AI-native workflows. You will help JAMS teams move from concept to production-ready output by building clear schedules, tracking systems, reporting mechanisms, vendor workflows, review processes, and delivery frameworks across active PODs and projects.
Key Responsibilities
AI-Native Production Management
• Manage day-to-day production planning and execution across JAMS projects, PODs, creative teams, technical teams, and external partners.
• Translate creative ambition, scripts, treatments, visual references, and technical requirements into executable production plans.
