Creator Sourcing & Content Assistant

And we’re looking for a Creator Sourcing & Content Assistant to start immediately!

 

Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Creator Sourcing & Research: Find and identify high-quality short-form video creators (mostly US-focused) across TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts using targeted keywords and hashtags. 

• Creator & Content Evaluation: Assess creators based on content quality, brand safety, platform compliance, and volume to pass qualified profiles to the Licensing Specialist.

• Content QA & Admin: Remove hashtags from headlines, fix typos, select proper thumbnails, and ensure a good content mix in their internal CMS. Handle occasional admin like coordinating conference vendors and merchandise.

• Reporting: Assist with quarterly creator performance reports.

Required Tools

• TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts

Qualifications:

• Must deeply understand social media, know how to search smartly, and recognize what good content looks like. This is prioritized over extensive experience.

• High reading/comprehension (to check headlines for typos and appropriateness), high written (to edit headlines and descriptions), and proficient speaking for team communication.

Technical Requirements:

• USB Headset with Noise Cancellation feature

• Working Webcam

• Computer with at least 1.8 GHz processor and at least 4GB RAM

• Main Internet Service Speed: at least 25 Mbps cable connection

• Backup Internet Service Speed: at least 10 Mbps

Schedule: UK Hours | 40 hours per week, Full-time

Location: 100% Remote

Salary Package: Up to ₱55K/month
