What you'll do
- Manage customer accounts and support collections activities to keep accounts receivable up to date.
- Communicate with B2B customers and banks via phone and email regarding outstanding payments.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve payment-related issues in cooperation with internal stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate records of collection activities and customer interactions in SAP.
