- Support the development of credit balance reports as required by governmental payers.
- Work with insurance companies and follow billing guidelines to determine who is the correct owner of a credit balance.

Westerkamp Group, LLC is an expanding company specializing in Revenue Cycle Management services in the health care industry. We are currently seeking a Professional Billing Credit Balance Representative. This is an in-office position, located in Birmingham, Alabama.
Job Summary:
The experienced professional billing credit balance representative will work as a member of our business office to support efficient research and proper resolution of credit balances on professional billing accounts.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
