Credit Controller

We are looking for an experienced Credit Controller to join our team in Cannock, Staffordshire, United Kingdom. This is a full-time, permanent position offering a salary of £24,000 - £25,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Let's talk about the role. It involves:

Dealing with rent arrears of tenants on behalf of landlords and recovering debt and NDS arrears.
Aiming to negotiate and reach appropriate payment plans in accordance with the Landlords instructions to maximise income to the Company.
Monitoring agreed payment plans for compliance you will liaise with Landlords and branches on next steps.
Ensuring that all enquiries from Landlords, Tenants and Branch staff are dealt with effectively and in a manner consistent with the Company’s first class service delivery.
