About the Role: The Credit Controller – Collections plays a critical role in managing the end-to-end Accounts Receivable cycle, including timely billing, invoice validation, submission, and follow-up on collections from domestic and international clients. The role involves monitoring AR ageing, preparing periodic reports for stakeholders and leadership, and proactively driving payment recoveries in line with agreed credit terms. By ensuring efficient conversion of receivables into cash, this role directly contributes to strengthening the company’s cash flow and overall financial liquidity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Accounts and Sales teams to ensure accurate invoicing as per the billing schedule followed by validation and submission of invoices to client.
- Ensure timely collection of payments from clients in line with agreed credit terms
- Prepare weekly AR ageing reports to publish with all stakeholders.
Requirements (Must-Have):
- Graduated in B. Com. (Regular/Full time)
- Minimum 1 year experience in Credit Control / Collections / Accounts Receivable
- Strong communication and debt collection skills.
Good to Have:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office 365 suite
- Experience handling Legal processes for Debt collection
