What you'll do
- Responds to Member inquiries regarding policy coverage, limitations and claim processing procedures.
- Reviews policies sold for compliance with applicable regulations. Maintains appropriate California Department of Insurance license(s) required to issue and service protection products available through SchoolsFirst Federal Credit Union.
- Schedules and support protection products training sessions for SchoolsFirst FCU frontline teammembers.
- Provides technical and operational assistance to frontline teammember on all protection products and procedures.
- Provides consultative services to Members regarding credit union products and services by assessing the Member's needs, addressing their concerns and gaining agreement.
- Processes changes, including coverage changes on Member policies. Responsible for following up with vendors to ensure changes are processed accurately.
- Performs other duties as assigned
- Complies with regulatory compliance and assigned training requirements including but not limited to BSA regulations corresponding to their specific job duties.

- Personal Lines Insurance License Or Property & Casualty Insurance License required

Credit Insurance Rep II (Protection Products Representative II)The pay range for this position is listed below. Our pay ranges are built to allow for candidates with various levels of skill and experience to be considered, as well as for room for growth and tenure achieved in a role over time. Typical new hire salary offers fall within the minimum to midpoint of a pay range for many candidates. Any offer extended to a candidate will be based upon their unique set of knowledge, skills, education, and experience as well as internal equity.
Pay Range:
$24.56 - $35.62Scheduled Weekly Hours:
40- Responds to Member inquiries regarding policy coverage, limitations and claim processing procedures.
