ABOUT THE ROLE

Your main focus is to serve the best quality burgers and fries to our customers, and to do it with a big smile! URBAN is known for amazing food, amazing customer service and amazing cleanliness, and your role is to work with your team to achieve these three goals every day.

Our company culture is all about teamwork – we help each other out, we aren’t afraid to roll our sleeves up, and we work smart as a team to ensure a seamless, stress-free service every day.

As one of our Burger Masters, we would expect you to be:

• An example in areas of maturity, professionalism and integrity

• Friendly and able to build both team and customer rapport
• Able to remain calm under pressure
• Full of passion and enthusiasm for exceeding guest satisfaction through food and service excellence
• Organised, logical and able to multitask efficiently

And, most importantly, you need to be able to have fun whilst you are working! We spend a lot of time at work, so positive energy and a smiling face are really important to us. It makes the days more enjoyable and keeps the team’s energy high!

TRAINING

We provide thorough on-site training given to you by experienced members of our team. As you progress through your development, you can also increase your hourly rate with our new Learn to Earn scheme, which rewards ambition and dedication to self-development.

Previous experience in hospitality and kitchens is preferred, but it isn’t a deal-breaker. We’re here to show you the ropes.
