We are supporting Northern Marine Group for the search for a Crew Strategy Manager
Location: Glasgow
Reporting to: Head of Marine Personnel - Operations
Overview:
The Crew Strategy Manager will lead the development and delivery of the company’s long-term crewing strategy and global seafarer pipelines.
This is a strategic leadership role, responsible for translating fleet requirements, business growth plans, client requirements and labour-market conditions into effective workforce plans. You will play a key role in ensuring the business has access to sufficient, competent and cost-effective seafarers, while working closely with Ship Management, Recruitment, Training, Finance and wider stakeholders.
