CRM Business Analyst Intern - The Toro Company

The 2027 Summer Internship Program will run from May 17, 2027, through August 6, 2027. Candidates must be available to start on May 17 and participate through the duration of the program.

The CRM Business Analyst Intern will assist higher level team members to define requirements, write development specifications, develop solutions, and test. This includes performing repeatable processes within Salesforce like user setup, configurations, flows, and data analytics, etc. 

What Will You Do? 

In order to grow and build a successful career with The Toro Company, you will be responsible for: 

• Attend daily team stand up and weekly team meetings       
• Take ownership of service requests in our ITIL system for related to work listed above  
• Provide progress updates during team meetings        
• Reach out to team members when help is needed        
• Keep the service requests updated with details and documentation        
• Work with the team to perform removal of technical dept/obsolete design elements

What Do You Need? 

To be considered for this role, an individual should meet the following minimal requirements: 

• Majoring in business and / or data analytics.      
• Business process and data analytics skills related to Customer Relationship Management (CRM) processes of marketing, sales, and customer care.       
• Strong desire to learn, collaborate, and effectively communicate in a team setting while achieving a common goal.       
• Ability to stay organized and able to use Microsoft Office programs without much direction.       
• Completed junior-level courses preferred.       
• Preferred skill: Knowledge of a CRM Salesforce like platform and admin related work.
