We are currently looking for a Civil, Structural & Architectural Designer position to join the team in Birchwood Park, Warrington.

Key responsibilities

• Producing baseline configuration modelling of the facility structure within the project areas of interest (Revit)

• Supporting the engineer to develop layouts of options to support down-selection through Value Management (AutoCAD/Revit)

• Detailing the single preferred solution, producing drawings and details to communicate design intent and specification to contractors and other stakeholders for implementation (AutoCAD/Revit)

• Attend site inspections to confirm design scope and interfaces in order to accurately reflect the as-built configuration of the facility within design solution details

Requirements

• Understanding of engineering and architectural principles.

• Ability to apply codes, standards and regulations.

• Proficiency in relevant design software and BIM platforms.

• Basic understanding of structural analysis and civil infrastructure design.

• Understanding of construction methods and sequencing.

• Experience supporting design delivery on construction or infrastructure projects.

• Exposure to multidisciplinary design environments.
