Hourly Rate:

AE-RA-Tuteur / TA-RA-Tutor : $33.83 ou/or $53.31 (Sept. 2026 - Aug. 2027)

The academic year starts on September 1 and ends on August 31.

Undergraduate students will be paid at the lower rate; while graduate students will be paid at the higher rate.

These rates do not included vacation pay nor statutory pay.

These rates will be applied until a new collective agreement is ratified. Retro will be paid after the ratification.

Requirements and Nature of Work:

Nature du travail

Correction des travaux, des projets et des projets de groupe; animation des laboratoires hebdomadaires; tenue des heures de bureau; surveillance des examens.

Qualifications minimales

Excellente compréhension de l’analyse des simulations d’affaires;

Excellente maîtrise du français

Capacité à appliquer des grilles de correction et à fournir une rétroaction claire et structurée;

Capacité à respecter des échéanciers stricts et à gérer efficacement sa charge de travail;

M.P.C. minimale de 8,0;

Note minimale de A- dans le cours ADM 3305 ou son équivalent;

Note minimale de A- dans les cours ADM 2302, ADM 2303 et ADM 2304, ou leurs équivalents, ou expérience antérieure réussie comme assistant ou assistante d’enseignement pour ce cours;

Connaissance démontrée du logiciel de simulation Arena, de Microsoft Excel et de Python;

Expérience dans la prestation de cours en ligne considérée comme un atout;

Expérience avec les plateformes de vidéoconférence en ligne considérée comme un atout (p. ex. Microsoft Teams ou Zoom);

Expérience antérieure comme assistant ou assistante d’enseignement pour ce cours considérée comme un atout.

La préférence sera accordée aux personnes ayant obtenu les meilleures notes;

La préférence sera accordée aux personnes inscrites à un programme de Telfer;

Les personnes présélectionnées seront convoquées à une entrevue avec le professeur ou la professeure responsable du cours, ou avec la personne responsable de sa coordination;

Veuillez noter que le nombre d’heures affiché pourrait être augmenté en fonction du nombre d’inscriptions;

Les heures prévues au contrat peuvent être réaffectées entre les différentes tâches, selon les ajustements apportés par le professeur ou la professeure au cours du trimestre;

La personne retenue doit être présente dans la région d’Ottawa pendant toute la durée du cours, sauf durant les congés officiels de l’Université, y compris pendant la correction de l’examen final et le calcul des notes finales par le professeur ou la professeure;
