Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing and developing tailored software solutions that enhance various system components or applications. The role requires working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of scalable and efficient software products. Utilizing modern development frameworks and agile methodologies, the engineer continuously refines and optimizes software to meet evolving business requirements, ensuring high performance and reliability throughout the software lifecycle.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within the team.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in AWS Analytics.
- Strong experience in designing and implementing cloud-based analytics solutions.
- Ability to work with large datasets and optimize data processing workflows.
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and deployment best practices.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues in cloud environments.
- Capability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in AWS Analytics.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
