Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to understand their needs, developing innovative solutions, and ensuring that the applications you create are aligned with the overall business objectives. You will also engage in problem-solving activities, providing support and guidance to your team members while continuously seeking opportunities for improvement and efficiency in the development process.

Prerequisite for RDE:
- Translate business processes into AI-driven workflows, integrating Agentic AI patterns and SAP s AI services to deliver scalable, intelligent, and automation-ready applications.
- Own end-to-end implementation, from data and model integration through solution architecture, development, testing, and deployment within SAP landscapes and customer environments.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, data, and customer teams to drive AI adoption, optimize models in production, and continuously enhance solution quality and impact.
- Experience with Transforming SAP Business processes with AI & infusing Agentic AI innovations in SAP space.
Strategic thinking, client-focused articulation & effective demo/communication experience.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of solutions.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Build Process Automation.
- Strong understanding of application design principles and methodologies.
- Experience with process automation tools and frameworks.
- Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Familiarity with software development life cycle and agile methodologies.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP Build Process Automation.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
