- Lead the implementation of best practices to enhance software quality and team productivity.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align software development with organizational goals.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Amazon Connect.
- Strong experience in designing and developing scalable software solutions using modern frameworks.
- Ability to apply agile development practices effectively within a team environment.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving complex software issues across multiple systems.
- Experience in integrating software components to create cohesive and high-performing applications.
- Competence in collaborating with diverse teams to drive project success and innovation.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7 years of experience in Amazon Connect.
- This position is based at our PDC2C - SEZ office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
