Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing and developing tailored software components that integrate seamlessly within existing systems or applications. The role requires continuous collaboration with team members to refine and enhance software solutions, ensuring they meet evolving business requirements. Utilizing contemporary development methodologies, the engineer focuses on delivering efficient, scalable, and robust software that supports organizational goals and adapts to changing technological landscapes.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical designs.
- Maintain and improve existing software components to enhance performance and reliability.
- Document development processes and provide clear communication on project progress.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance when necessary.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Informatica MDM.
- Strong understanding of data integration and master data management concepts.
- Experience in designing and implementing scalable data workflows and processes.
- Familiarity with software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to data management.
- Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and team members.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Informatica MDM.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
