Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves developing and configuring software systems tailored to meet specific project requirements or managing the entire product lifecycle. This role requires applying a comprehensive understanding of various technologies, methodologies, and tools to effectively support clients, projects, or organizational entities. The workday often includes collaborating with different stakeholders to ensure software solutions align with business needs and contribute to the overall success of the project or client engagement.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing within the team.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of technical objectives and project goals.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle CC&B Technical Architecture.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and architectural design principles related to Oracle Customer Care and Billing systems.
- Experience in configuring and customizing Oracle CC&B modules to meet business requirements.
- Ability to analyze complex technical issues and provide effective solutions within Oracle CC&B environments.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and tools used to connect Oracle CC&B with other enterprise systems.
- Skilled in performance tuning and troubleshooting within Oracle CC&B technical architecture.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in Oracle CC&B Technical Architecture.
- This position is based at our BDC7A - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
