In the role of Custom Software Engineering Lead, a typical day involves steering the technical vision and architectural framework for bespoke software projects. - Lead the establishment and enforcement of development standards to maintain consistency and quality across projects.
- Mentor and support team members to enhance their technical skills and professional growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure seamless integration of software components and alignment with business strategies.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Python (Programming Language).
- Good To Have Skills: Generative AI, Agent Development, AI Agents & Workflow Integration.
- Strong expertise in software architecture design and implementation using Python.
- Experience in developing scalable and high-performance software solutions.
- Ability to conduct thorough code reviews and enforce best coding practices.
- Familiarity with integrating AI-driven workflows and agent-based systems into software applications.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Python (Programming Language).
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
