Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineering Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the technical direction and architectural design of custom software solutions. This role requires guiding teams through the entire development lifecycle, from initial design concepts to final delivery. The position focuses on establishing development standards and ensuring that the software meets expectations for quality, scalability, and performance. Collaboration with various stakeholders to align technical efforts with business goals is a key aspect, along with continuous evaluation and improvement of software processes to support organizational success.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the planning and execution of software development projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
- Mentor and support team members to foster professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to align technical strategies with business requirements.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP CO Management Accounting.
- Strong knowledge of financial and management accounting principles within SAP environments.
- Experience in designing and implementing scalable SAP CO solutions that support business processes.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into effective technical designs.
- Familiarity with integration of SAP CO modules with other SAP components and external systems.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to SAP CO functionalities to maintain system stability.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP CO Management Accounting.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
