Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineering Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the technical direction and architectural framework of bespoke software projects. This role requires guiding teams through the entire lifecycle of design and delivery, ensuring that development practices meet established standards. The position demands a focus on maintaining high-quality code, optimizing scalability, and enhancing performance to align with the strategic goals of the organization. Collaboration and leadership are central to managing the workflow and driving successful project outcomes in a dynamic environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the establishment and enforcement of development standards to ensure consistency and quality across projects.
- Facilitate effective communication between cross-functional teams to align technical efforts with business priorities.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and enhance team capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ACPS - EPDS.
- Strong knowledge of software architecture principles and best practices for scalable system design.
- Experience in leading software development teams through complex project lifecycles.
- Ability to evaluate and implement performance optimization techniques in custom software solutions.
- Skilled in code review processes to maintain high standards of code quality and reliability.
- Competence in collaborating with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in ACPS - EPDS.
- This position is based at our Kolkata office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
