Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineering Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the technical direction and architectural design of custom software solutions. This role requires guiding teams through the entire development lifecycle, from initial design concepts to final delivery. The position demands continuous evaluation of development standards to ensure that the software produced is scalable, performs efficiently, and aligns closely with the overarching business goals. Collaboration and leadership are central, as the role involves coordinating efforts across multiple teams to maintain high-quality outputs and meet project milestones effectively.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the establishment and enforcement of development standards to ensure consistency and quality across projects.
- Mentor and support team members to foster professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to align technical efforts with business objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Dassault Systemes 3DEXPERIENCE DELMIA Customization.
- Strong knowledge of software architecture principles and best practices for scalable and maintainable solutions.
- Experience in leading software development teams and managing project delivery timelines.
- Ability to analyze complex technical challenges and provide innovative, effective solutions.
- Familiarity with performance optimization techniques and ensuring high-quality code standards.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Dassault Systemes 3DEXPERIENCE DELMIA Customization.
- This position is based at our PDC3C - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
