Summary:
As a ServiceNow Senior BPC, a typical day involves overseeing the technical direction and architectural design of bespoke software solutions. This role requires guiding teams through the entire development lifecycle, from initial design concepts to final delivery. The position demands ensuring that development practices meet established standards, while also focusing on scalability and performance to align with organizational goals. Collaboration and leadership are central, as the role involves steering teams toward successful project outcomes and maintaining a cohesive technical vision throughout the process.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the establishment and enforcement of development standards to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams to align technical efforts with business objectives.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and skill development.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow - Portal.
- Strong knowledge of software architecture principles and best practices.
- Experience in managing and leading software development teams.
- Ability to design scalable and high-performance software solutions.
- Familiarity with code quality assurance and performance optimization techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making capabilities in complex technical environments.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in ServiceNow.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
