Summary:
In the role of Custom Software Engineering Lead, a typical day involves steering the technical vision and architectural framework for bespoke software projects. This position requires guiding teams through the entire lifecycle of software design and implementation, ensuring that development practices meet high standards. The role demands close collaboration with various stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals, while continuously monitoring and enhancing the scalability and performance of the software products delivered.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Lead and mentor team members to foster professional growth and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of software solutions.
- Continuously evaluate and improve development processes to enhance efficiency and quality.
- Assist in identifying potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Angular.
- Experience with front-end development frameworks and component-based architecture.
- Strong understanding of responsive design principles and user experience optimization.
- Familiarity with version control systems and collaborative development workflows.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner.
- Knowledge of software development best practices including testing and deployment.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Angular.
- This position is based at Client Onsite - Within India.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
