Your Role


  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients reaching out to the service department.
  • Build trust by identifying vehicle needs and guiding clients through the service journey.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments to optimize shop flow and client convenience.
  • Relay accurate customer data to service advisors for a seamless handoff.
  • Contact past clients due for factory maintenance and follow up on pending work.
  • Execute retention strategies through high-quality, professional client interactions.
  • Log communications and output metrics to help improve service desk operations.

Requirements


  • Demonstrate strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Showcase prior background in customer service, hospitality, retail, or contact centers.
  • Communicate confidently over phone and online channels to build immediate rapport.
  • Apply detailed organizational habits to manage daily task queues.
  • Operate multi-screen computer applications and database software efficiently.
  • Perform reliably in a high volume, collaborative shop environment.
  • Maintain a valid driver’s license.
