What you'll do
- Perform installation, commissioning, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of thermal systems.
- Complete scheduled maintenance and service activities in accordance with technical procedures and quality standards.
- Diagnose faults, perform necessary measurements and inspections, and implement appropriate technical solutions.
- Provide technical support to customers as part of the 24/7 service organization when required.
- Carry out service activities in a timely and complete manner while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Prepare service reports, maintenance forms, and fault records accurately and enter them into the relevant systems on time.
- Provide customers with technical information regarding equipment operation and basic procedures.
- Identify and report technical risks, non-conformities, and improvement opportunities detected at customer sites.
- Perform all field activities in compliance with company procedures, quality standards, and Occupational Health & Safety (OHS) requirements.
- Travel domestically and internationally as required by business needs.

- Strong analytical thinking, fault-finding, and problem-solving skills.

JOB DESCRIPTION
