Job Description:

Customer Experience Associate

This is a hybrid role where you will be expected to be in the Paducah, KY office 2-3 days a week once training is completed.

Typical shift will be Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday 7:45 AM-5:00 PM, Thursday 6:45 AM-4:00 PM. You must be willing to work a Saturday shift on rotation every 8 weeks 6:45 AM -1:00 PM

JOB SUMMARY

Education & Certifications:
