We're looking for a Customer Experience Team Member to join our team at 55 Ludgate Hill, a landmark office building in the heart of the City. Job Description

The Opportunity

As a Customer Experience Team Member, you'll be the face of the building, delivering a five-star hospitality experience for occupiers, guests, agents, and visitors. Working closely with the Property Management team, you'll help foster a welcoming community, support events and engagement initiatives, and ensure every interaction leaves a lasting positive impression.

This role would suit someone from a hospitality, hotel, serviced office, aviation, events, retail, or customer service background who enjoys working in a fast-paced, people-focused environment.
