  • Manage the reporting of region specific KPIs (investigations both SDF and CSAT, audit performance, NCR closure etc) to drive awareness of the customer experience and conformity to internal procedures.
  • Triage and allocate issues raised by our customer and internal teams to the correct business areas for investigation (SDF/CSAT/MARS/QNs).
  • Train, coach and mentor investigators to improve the standard of Quality investigations.
  • To promote an environment that encourages the right behaviour to establish a Zero Defect and Zero Harm culture.

What you will be doing:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Aftermarket Operations Customer Quality Engineer to join our team in Singapore.  In this role, you will lead Quality and Health, Safety and Environment within one of the regional Customer Operations Teams, to ensure conformity to internal processes and external regulations.  Customer focus is a key element of this role, with the Customer Quality Engineer being the principle contact for both internal and external customers, providing coaching and support to the customer operations team on Quality process, investigations, customer feedback and regulatory guidance.
