The Customer Service Administrator’s primary responsibility is to provide an exceptional customer experience while completing administrative tasks. The Customer Service Administrator works with all team members in achieving the repair facilities' KPIs. 

 

Key Job Responsibilities

Minimum Education and/or Experience Required for the Job

  • Highschool Diploma or equivalent
  • A minimum of 1 year of previous experience in a similar customer service role

Required Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities

  • Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
  • Enthusiastic and friendly demeanor 
  • Strong knowledge of Google platform and Microsoft Office
  • Strong attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy
  • Ability to multitask and effectively manage a fast paced environment

Compensation:

$21 - $27 per hour

Compensation is commensurate with skill, education and experience.
