A great opportunity for an organised and customer-focused person to join a busy office team, supporting customer service, logistics and purchasing administration for a manufacturer of bespoke identification products.

SALARY: £22,568 per annum (depending on experience)

JOB OVERVIEW

We have a fantastic new job opportunity for a Customer Service Administrator / Office Assistant who enjoys varied administration, customer contact and supporting busy operational teams.

As the Customer Service Administrator / Office Assistant, you will handle telephone and email enquiries, process orders, follow up customer requests and help maintain accurate information across internal systems.

Working closely with customer service, logistics and purchasing colleagues, the Customer Service Administrator / Office Assistant will help keep day-to-day office activity organised, professional and responsive.
