Your new company
A well-established utilities organisation is seeking a Customer Advisor to join its Customer Services team. Operating across a regulated environment, the organisation is committed to delivering high standards of customer service, safety, and operational excellence. Due to continued operational requirements, an opportunity has arisen for an experienced customer-focused professional to support customers and internal teams in a fast-paced environment.
Your new role
As Customer Advisor, you will act as a key point of contact for customers, providing support via telephone and email whilst ensuring an excellent customer experience. You will play an important role in coordinating appointments, scheduling maintenance and connection activities, processing documentation, handling customer enquiries and complaints, and maintaining accurate records across company systems. This position combines customer service excellence with strong administrative and organisational responsibilities.
Key responsibilities will include:
