Role Overview: As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional in-store experience for every customer. You will use your product knowledge and expertise to assist customers with their enquiries, provide helpful advice, and ensure their needs are met. Your friendly and professional approach will help build customer loyalty and contribute to the overall success of the store.
