Job Requirements:

• Minimum Qualification: Class XII / H.S. Pass
• Experience: Freshers can be considered. Prior experience in BPO, customer service, e-commerce, voice support, or chat support will be an added advantage.
• Language Skills: Good command of English and Hindi; knowledge of regional languages is an advantage
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Blended Support: Comfortable handling both voice calls and chat interactions
• Typing Skills: Good typing speed and accuracy for chat support
• Computer Skills: Basic computer knowledge and ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously
