About the Role As a Customer Service Associate – Inbound Support, you will support customer service activities in an e-commerce environment while using digital productivity tools and analytical thinking. The role requires the ability to understand and quantify problem statements involving suppliers or vendors and propose appropriate solutions. Key Responsibilities

• Support inbound customer service activities in an e-commerce environment.
• Understand and analyse problem statements raised by suppliers or vendors.

• Use MS Office, Google Sheets, and Google Docs as required for support activities.
• Apply e-commerce knowledge and digital tools to support effective customer service processes.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Qualification: Class XII / H.S. Pass
• Language Requirement: Bengali Language Process.
• E-commerce Knowledge: Experience and knowledge of e-commerce is a plus
• Digital Skills: Hands-on experience with MS Office, Google Sheets, and Google Docs
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and logical reasoning abilities
• Problem-Solving: Ability to quantify problem statements from suppliers or vendors and propose appropriate solutions
