About the role

We are looking for a Customer Service Associate to be in the front desk, supporting doctors in their medical appointments and using the platform, answering customer questions and responding to complaints.

As a Customer Service Associate, you will:

  • Book remote consultations;
  • Handle emails, chats and calls related to consultations;
  • Registration and management of appointment requests;
  • Controlling consultations activity in real time;
  • Handle administrative tasks;
  • Provide feedback to other teams;
  • Ensure a positive experience for doctors, customers, and partners;

About you
