This is a fantastic opportunity to join our team in a fixed-term role covering a period of parental leave, supporting our aftersales operations and delivering exceptional service to our valued customers.
The Role
Reporting to the Service Customer Interactions Senior Team Leader, you will be responsible for handling inbound customer enquiries and proactively contacting existing customers to secure service bookings.
Working as part of a collaborative team, you will support the aftersales departments across Sime Motors by providing outstanding customer service in a proactive and informative manner while contributing to key business objectives.

- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Reliable with a strong work ethic
- Confident and professional telephone manner with exceptional customer service skills
- Ability to manage a high volume of calls
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
