Customer Service Coordinator

Temporary to Permanent Opportunity
Near Biggleswade, Bedfordshire
Monday to Friday | 9:00am - 5:00pm | 100% Office Based
Permanent Salary: £28,000 per annum - neg

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and building strong client relationships? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same?

Our client is a prestigious and well-established packaging organisation with an excellent reputation for quality, innovation, and customer satisfaction. Due to continued growth, they are looking to recruit a Customer Service Coordinator to join their friendly and supportive team.

This is a temporary-to-permanent opportunity, with an initial temporary period of up to one month before moving onto a permanent contract for the right candidate.

The Role

As a Customer Service Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting customers and distributors, ensuring every enquiry and order is managed efficiently from start to finish. You'll build long-term relationships with customers, identify opportunities to grow existing accounts, and deliver an outstanding customer experience at every stage.

About You

We're looking for someone who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and providing first-class customer service. You will be organised, motivated, and confident communicating with customers over the phone and via email.

Ideally, you will have:
