Customer Service Officer

Randstad is looking for a bubbly and enthusiastic Customer Service Officer to join a dynamic team within the banking industry on a casual basis. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy helping people and are looking for a casual opportunity, this might be the perfect fit for you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide outstanding customer service to clients over the phone, via email, and in person
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues with a positive attitude
• Assist with general administrative tasks and data entry as needed
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a customer facing role is a plus, but not essential
• A friendly, bubbly personality with a genuine passion for helping others
• Excellent communication skills and a strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Availability to work Monday to Friday, between 9:15 AM and 4:15 PM
• Ability to travel to different branches in the North/Eastern Suburbs of Adelaide to cover shifts, with your main branch being located within Ingle Farm Shopping Centre.
• Ability to cover last minute shifts
