Job Description:Engage with customers via a sales-based chat process.Provide exceptional customer service and assist in addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and sales-related queries.Work towards meeting sales targets and delivering quality customer support.Maintain high standards of communication and professionalism while engaging with clients.Job Requirements:Experience: No prior experience required (Fresher considered)Education: Minimum 12th passLanguages Known: English, Hindi, and any local Indian language.Personal Attributes:Strong communication skillsGood command of written and spoken EnglishComfortable with basic ExcelAverage typing speed is appreciatedSalary Range:Min: 600Max: 800Key Competencies:Proficiency in Excel (basic level appreciated)Good typing speedPositive attitude towards customer engagement and sales.
