We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to be the face of our collision repair facility in Mississauga to our customers and demonstrate our values and work to our principles, and those of Aviva. You will be a supportive and active team member in carrying out all duties in the areas of customer service, parts, planning transportation and driving. The Customer Service Representative will ensure vehicles are collected, repaired and returned to customers within expected time standards. 

 

Your role will be pivotal in ensuring that our customers' needs are at the heart of our operations. By achieving high levels of customer satisfaction and mastering the principles of customer experience management—including customer insight & brand integrity—you will help shape how our business operates.

What You’ll Do:

What You’ll Get:  

 

  • The salary band for this position ranges from $60,000 to $75,000. Please note that individual salary is determined by factors such as job-related knowledge, skills and experience, as well as internal equity.
