Mandate:

Reporting to the Director of CRM, North America, the Customer Service Representative - Ocean + Air Import plays an important role in supporting customer relationships and connecting our commercial and operational teams.

This position is responsible for managing and growing existing customer accounts while contributing to new business development initiatives. The successful candidate will work closely with customers, sales representatives, and internal operations teams to understand client needs, coordinate solutions, and support a positive customer experience.

Relevant du directeur du CRM pour l’Amérique du Nord, le représentant du service à la clientèle – Importations maritimes et aériennes joue un rôle important dans le maintien des relations avec la clientèle et fait le lien entre nos équipes commerciales et opérationnelles.

Le titulaire de ce poste est chargé de gérer et de développer les comptes clients existants, tout en contribuant aux initiatives de développement des affaires. Il travaillera en étroite collaboration avec les clients, les représentants des ventes et les équipes opérationnelles internes afin de cerner les besoins des clients, de coordonner les solutions et de favoriser une expérience client positive.

Principales responsabilités :

  • Gérer la communication quotidienne et le suivi des relations pour les comptes clients attribués
  • Collaborer avec les équipes des opérations afin de s’assurer que les besoins des clients sont clairement communiqués et pris en compte
  • Identifier les occasions d’élargir les comptes existants et de développer de nouvelles affaires grâce à une approche proactive
  • Préparer et coordonner les demandes de tarification et les soumissions destinées aux clients
  • Tenir à jour les renseignements relatifs aux comptes clients dans les systèmes et les bases de données de l’entreprise
  • Répondre rapidement aux questions des clients, aux demandes de service et aux demandes de renseignements généraux
  • Effectuer régulièrement des suivis auprès des clients et des appels de révision des comptes afin de discuter des services, des besoins et des occasions d’affaires
  • Établir des relations solides avec les interlocuteurs clés et acquérir une compréhension approfondie des activités de chaque client
  • Appuyer les activités de vente internes et externes selon les besoins de l’entreprise
  • Assumer d’autres responsabilités liées à la gestion des comptes clients et au développement des affaires, selon les instructions reçues

Qualifications :

  • Au moins 2 ans d'expérience dans la vente, la gestion de comptes, le service client ou les opérations au sein d'une entreprise de logistique tierce partie (3PL) ou d'une société de transport de fret
  • Une connaissance du fret maritime, du fret aérien, du transport terrestre, du dédouanement et/ou de l'entreposage constitue un atout
  • Un diplôme de licence en commerce, chaîne d'approvisionnement, logistique ou dans une discipline connexe constitue un atout
  • La certification CIFFA est considérée comme un atout
  • Disponibilité pour voyager si nécessaire
