What you'll do
- Build, deepen, and coach others on engagement models with key customer stakeholders, including business, technical, and executive leaders, to lead quality and secure solution delivery that advances education outcomes in the Dutch public sector.
- Lead strategic conversations that align customer objectives with Microsoft technology and services, connecting customer success plans and account plans to drive long-term adoption, security, and value realization.
- Develop and deliver strategic roadmaps and customer-facing program reviews that prioritize engagements, clarify expected outcomes, and guide customers through complex digital transformation and modernization journeys.
- Identify, monitor, and mitigate blockers to cloud and services consumption, including security, compliance, and adoption risks, using data analysis and customer feedback to improve operational health and performance.
- Synthesize industry and customer insights to shape shared account plans, influence internal stakeholders, and orchestrate cross-functional resources to support customer security, resiliency, and innovation.

- Experience with Microsoft technologies, including: Microsoft 365, Teams for Education, Microsoft Copilot, Azure, Security Solutions, Power Platform
- Ability to translate technology capabilities into educational outcomes and business value.

- Master's Degree in Business, Sociology, Psychology, Computer Science, or related field AND 10+ years customer success, solution delivery, practice management, customer-facing consulting, or portfolio management experience OR Bachelor's Degree in Business, Sociology, Psychology, Computer Science or related field AND 12+ years customer success, solution delivery, practice management, customer-facing consulting, or portfolio management experience OR equivalent experience.
- Microsoft or competitor equivalent (e.g., AWS) certification in relevant technologies (e.g., Azure, 365).
- Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Foundation certification or equivalent service management certification.
- Project Management Institute (PMI) or equivalent Project Management certification.
- Passion for education and creating positive societal impact.
- Experience working with education customers or within the public sector
- Understanding of Microsoft Education's strategy across AI, Security, and Modern Learning
- Ability to collaborate effectively with partners, solution engineers, and account teams.
